不是自由式 濾掛式咖啡
「不是自由式」是一個充滿遺憾的品牌。
來自台東達仁鄉的咖啡，生長在被山海擁抱的土地上。濾掛式咖啡選用當地種植的咖啡豆，無論身處何地，沖泡時都能感受到這片土地的氣息，彷彿海風與山嵐仍在身邊流動。品牌以此述說對旅遊的回憶存在著不自由與遺憾的感覺，就像只能以杯計量的咖啡受到了限制。
品牌名稱 「不是自由式 Tamed Waves」，源自太平洋的意象。太平洋遼闊無邊，但咖啡卻只能以杯為單位計量，如同旅行，風景曾經擁有，卻終究無法帶走。這種不自由感，使味覺成為記憶的載體，讓旅人無論來自何處，都能在一杯咖啡中品嚐台東海岸的酸與苦，除了香氣，還帶有意點點的遺憾與想念。
Tamed Waves is a brand filled with a sense of longing.
Grown in Taitung’s Daren Township, this coffee originates from a land embraced by mountains and the sea. Each drip bag coffee is made with locally cultivated beans, allowing its aroma to evoke the essence of this place—where the sea breeze and sunlight linger, even after you’ve left. Yet, rather than speaking of freedom, it tells the story of “a taste you only long for after leaving.”
The name "Tamed Waves" draws inspiration from the vast Pacific Ocean. While the ocean stretches endlessly, coffee is measured by the cup—just like travel, where the landscapes you once saw cannot truly be taken with you. This sense of limitation turns flavor into a vessel for memory, allowing travelers, no matter where they are, to taste the acidity and bitterness of Taitung’s coastline—and that lingering reluctance to say goodbye.
有些風景只能停留在心裡，有些味道則帶著遺憾，成為再訪的理由。「不是自由式」，就是那杯裝著片刻遺憾的咖啡。那一點點的酸與苦，或許會勾起回憶，也或許會讓人更想回到台東。
Some landscapes can only exist in memory, and some flavors carry traces of longing, becoming the reason to return. Tamed Waves is that cup of coffee, holding a fleeting moment of regret. A touch of acidity, a hint of bitterness—perhaps enough to bring back memories, or maybe enough to make you want to return to Taitung.
